Flames is the Nasnas family — Carla and Zack, and the next generation, Mikee and Tiana. Generous Mediterranean hospitality, from our table to yours.
Zack's story is Flames' story. He spent years opening restaurants around the world — launching concepts and scaling them into global franchises. Then, in 2019, a heart attack nearly took his life. Doctors gave him a 20% chance and his family was told to say their goodbyes. He came through emergency open-heart surgery with his heart never once stopping. From that hospital bed, Zack founded Flames Mediterranean Grille — and days later, walked out to build it. What started as a flame in the heart became a Central Florida phenomenon.
The flame in her heart — and in her food. Carla's family recipes and instinct for flavor are what set Flames apart: bold, layered, and lit over open flame. She builds warm teams and a table where every guest is family.
Mikee carries the family's hospitality forward, bringing the next generation's energy to the Flames table. Full story coming soon.
